Site preparation and access:
How to make sure there's room for your shed delivery!
We use two types of shed moving tools: hydraulic trailers and shed mules.
Moving sheds with a shed mule
A shed mule is a specialized hydraulic lift, like a forklift, used for moving sheds short distances. So no, we don't move storage sheds using pack animals. Shed mules are used when there's not enough space for the truck and trailer.
We can fit your shed into tight spaces - as little as a foot on either side of your shed.
Moving sheds with a truck and trailer
Mainus Construction transports and delivers storage sheds using trucks with hydraulic trailers. Your shed is loaded, carefully secured to the trailer, and covered to prevent any shingle damage during transit.
We then carefully unload the trailer, using the shed mule when space is too tight.
Once your storage shed is in place, we make sure the windows and doors are working properly. Then your shed is ready for use!
